What AUOA is

AUOA is a tool that helps you find relevant people at companies you're interested in, drafts outreach grounded in your resume, and sends it from your own email account. You supply your own API keys and connect your own accounts; AUOA acts on your behalf and at your direction.

Your responsibilities
  • You are the sender. Every message goes out from your email account under your name. You are responsible for its content and for who receives it.
  • Review before sending. Messages are AI-generated first drafts. Every run defaults to a dry run precisely so you can read them first.
  • Comply with applicable law. That includes anti-spam rules such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where they apply to you. Do not use AUOA for bulk unsolicited commercial email.
  • Respect third-party terms. Automating LinkedIn or Jobright may conflict with those platforms' own terms of service.
  • Your accounts, your risk. Automated activity can result in a third-party platform restricting or banning your account. You accept that risk by connecting them.
Acceptable use

Do not use AUOA to:

  • Send harassing, deceptive, or misleading messages, or impersonate anyone.
  • Send bulk unsolicited commercial or marketing email.
  • Scrape or process personal data for any purpose other than your own job search.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
Costs

AUOA uses your own API keys, so any usage charges from Anthropic, Hunter.io, Apify or other providers are billed to you directly by them. AUOA does not add fees on top and does not process payments.

No warranty

AUOA is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Email addresses are inferred from company patterns and may be wrong. AI-generated content may contain errors. Automation may break when third-party sites change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service — including lost opportunities, banned accounts, or messages sent in error.

Termination

You may stop using AUOA and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that place the service at legal or operational risk.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
